My poem, “Cover Us With Mountains,” (about the 2014 Elk River Chemical Spill) will be published in an upcoming issue of Appalachian Journal.
Appalachian Journal is the interdisciplinary, peer reviewed, academic, cultural, literary and “regional studies” journal of Appalachian State University, which has featured, interviewed and hosted lectures by Ron Rash and Roxane Gay. I’m honored my poem has found a such a respected and perfectly suited home for its subject.
